Your Path at CMM
At most jobs, you show up, do the work, and go home. At CMM, you show up, do the work, and actually get somewhere.
We have a five-level development track built around real milestones. Every promotion comes with more responsibility, higher pay, and new skills. Here’s how it works.
Freshman
Everyone starts here. Learn the process, build good habits, and prove you’re someone the team can count on.
Sophomore
You’ve earned some stripes. Take on a bigger support role and start developing the customer skills that separate a great mover from a good one.
Junior (Crew Lead)
Now you’re running jobs. You’re responsible for the crew, the customer, and the outcome — and helping newer Muscle Movers find their footing.
Senior (Crew Lead)
The most valuable position on the crew. You’re leading the biggest, most complex jobs and are first in line when management opportunities open up.
Operations Team
The team that keeps CMM running. Scheduling, training, process improvement. This is where a great job becomes a real career.
Every Senior started as a Freshman. The path is there — you just have to show up for it.
